Spay / Neuter Agreement — I understand that all Little Star Chihuahuas puppies sold as pets must be spayed or neutered by 18 months of age, and I agree to comply with this requirement. *Return Policy Agreement — I understand that if I am ever unable to care for my Little Star puppy, I agree to contact Little Star Chihuahuas first and return the puppy to the breeder rather than rehome, surrender, or sell the dog. *
